Welcome to our online store! General terms and conditions of Gumbek web services, owned by Šiviljski atelje Gumbek s.p. (company), stipulate the terms, restrictions and method of use of the Gumbek website. If you visit or shop within this website, you accept these conditions. Please read them carefully.

Our offer and prices

Due to our business dynamics, our offer and pricelist, available on the website of the company, often changes. All the prices include VAT. Packaging and delivery costs are calculated individually and added to the order costs after the order has been made. These costs depend on the address (country), where the order is being shipped to.

Orders and pricing

You can order any product in our online store Gumbek through a shopping cart. After your order has been taken, we will contact you through e-mail to check your order and shipping address. Your billing will be determined upon the address you want us to ship your order to. After we agree on these terms, we will send you an offer, valid in period of 8 days.

The agreement between both parties is confirmed and fixed as soon as you confirm the offer we sent to you on your e-mail. From this moment on, the pricing and all other terms of the offer are fixed and oblige you as well as our company to deliver your goods upon your order.

The e-version of the agreement (your confirmation) is stored on our internal servers and based on this agreement, your invoice is issued. The invoice is sent to you via e-mail.

Payment / delivery

Your payment can be settled after we issue your invoice. Our bank account number is SI56 6000 0000 0595 166(LON d.d., Kranj). Your ordered products will be sent to the address you specified on your order through local contractual distributors.

You can also choose to pick up your order in our local store at the following address: Šiviljski atelje Gumbek, Trg svobode 21, 4290 Tržič, Slovenia.

Cancellation of your order

A buyer (person, who bought our products exclusively for own (non – profitable) purpose), has the right to cancel the order within 14 days of delivery of the products, without any specific reason. The day of delivery is the first day of the 14-day deadline for any cancellation.

The cancellation of the order must be sent through e-mail info@gumbek.si

If you choose to return /deliver products to our company HQ within the return period deadline it is also considered as the cancellation of that order.

The product must be returned unharmed and in its original shape, unless it’s destroyed, broken, lost or has decreased its size (without the buyer being responsible for this shape).

The only cost that the buyer will cover with regards to order cancellation, is shipping cost (which is determined by the distributor’s pricelist and depends upon the size of the shipment). The product must be returned within 14 days from the order cancellation.

The buyer has no right to order cancellation, if the product was tailored – made (made upon buyer’s extra specifications, tailored to the buyer’s needs). Due to our company policy this kind of product is not fit to be returned. The order cancellation policy does not apply to specific tailor-made products, made upon special buyer’s requests/wishes.

Your refund will be settled as soon as possible, by the latest within a 14 day period from the day of the product delivery. The refund will appear on your bank account number/PayPal account. No cash refunds are possible.

Quality assurance

The products are incomplete, if they don’t comply with general technical standards. It is expected of the buyer to enforce obvious irregularities of the products by the latest within 2 weeks (14 days) from the day of the delivery. The buyer can not enforce obvious irregularities after that period. In case of a justified complaint the buyer has the right to a substitute purchase or, in case this is not possible, to cancel the agreement.

Privacy policy

Our company will maintain the safety and protect all personal information of our visitors/buyers. Your personally identifiable information will be stored only on our internal servers and will not be sold, traded or otherwise transfered to outside parties at any point. Any of the given information we collect from you may be used to personalize your experience, improve our website, improve customer service, to process transactions, to administer a contest, promotion, survey or other site feature or to send periodic promotional emails from our side. If you would like to unsubscribe from future emails at any time, it is possible to unsubscribe either through our webpage, our e-mail info@gumbek.si or with use of unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each email.

We are in compliance with the requirements of COPPA (Childrens Online Privacy Protection Act), we do not collect any information from anyone under 13 years of age. Our website, products and services are all directed to people, who are at least 13 years old or older.

Disagreements and arguments
Any possible complaints and disagreements to our current online store offer can be sent to our administrative department (info@gumbek.si , telephone number +386 (0)31 395 609  every working day between 8. and 16. Your complaint procedure is completely confidential. We are obliged to protect your personal information and not disclose them to a third party without your consent. We will do as much as possible to resolve all possible disagreements and arguments as fast as possible.
